You know something's off. Let's figure out what — and what to do about it.

Maybe it's been building for a while — the stress, the frustration, the feeling that you're just going through the motions. Maybe something specific happened and you're not sure how to move forward. Or maybe you can't even pinpoint what's wrong, you just know things aren't working the way they used to.

That's exactly where therapy starts.

At 413 Theraworks, we work with adults who are ready to stop circling the same patterns and start doing something about it. We're not going to hand you a worksheet and send you on your way. We're going to have real conversations about what's actually going on — and help you build the tools to change it.

What We Help With

Anxiety & Stress | The worry that won't shut off, the racing thoughts, the constant feeling of being on edge. We help you get to the root of it — not just manage the symptoms.

Depression & Low Motivation | Feeling stuck, numb, disconnected, or like you're just going through the motions. We'll work together to understand what's underneath and find a way forward.

Workplace Stress & Burnout | Overwhelmed, underappreciated, running on fumes. Whether it's your boss, your workload, or the creeping realization that something needs to change — we can help you sort through it.

Relationship Issues | Conflict, communication breakdowns, trust, boundaries — whether it's with a partner, family, friends, or coworkers. We help you figure out your part and what you can actually control.

Life Transitions | Career changes, divorce, parenthood, loss, relocation, retirement — big shifts that leave you feeling unmoored, even when they're the right call.

Self-Esteem & Identity | Struggling with confidence, people-pleasing, perfectionism, or figuring out who you actually are outside of what everyone else expects. We help you reconnect with your own values and voice.

Anger & Emotional Regulation | When your reactions feel bigger than the situation, or you're holding everything in until you can't anymore. We'll work on understanding your triggers and building healthier responses.

What to Expect

We practice talk therapy — and we believe it works because we've seen it work. Our approach is collaborative, direct, and grounded in evidence-based methods. That means we're not going to sit in silence and nod at you for 54 minutes. We'll challenge you when it's helpful, support you when it's hard, and always be straight with you about what we're seeing.

Every client is different, so there's no one-size-fits-all plan. In your first session, we'll get to know you and what brought you in. From there, you and your therapist will set goals together — your goals, not ours — and build a plan that actually fits your life.

Sessions are 54 minutes, and most clients start weekly. Some move to biweekly as they progress. We'll figure out the right cadence together.
