Therapy That Gets to the Point

Honest, expert-led talk therapy for adults in Massachusetts, New York, and Vermont.

413 Theraworks - Your trusted provider for therapy in the Berkshires and beyond.

At 413 Theraworks, we keep it real. We're a team of diverse clinicians who share one mission: to create lasting, positive change in the communities we serve. We don't do cookie-cutter therapy, and we don't talk at you — we work with you. Whether you're in-office or on a screen, you'll get the same thing: honest, high-quality care from people who actually give a damn.

413 Theraworks is a proudly LGBTQ+ affirming practice. Everyone is welcome here.

I started this practice because I was tired of watching good clinicians burn out in broken systems — and tired of watching clients fall through the cracks because of it. 413 Theraworks exists to do things differently. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of care, and every person who walks through our door (or logs on to a session) deserves to feel that.

Depressed or feeling lost?

Sadness, hopelessness, numbness — you don't have to sit with it alone. Whether this is new or something you've carried for a long time, therapy gives you a space to process what you're feeling and start rebuilding from where you are.

Workplace stress or burnout?

Overwhelmed, checked out, running on fumes — sound familiar? Therapy can help you find balance, set boundaries, and figure out what's actually driving the burnout so you can protect your well-being without blowing up your career.

What’s holding you back?

Repetitive patterns? Fear? Job dissatisfaction? A relationship that's draining you? We work with people who are ready to stop going in circles and start resolving the stuff that's actually keeping them stuck.

We believe in the importance of talk therapy because talking works.

What matters to you — and what's getting in the way of you doing it? That's where we start.

Life transitions or changes?

Career shifts, divorce, parenthood, loss, moving — big changes can leave you feeling unmoored even when they're the right call. Therapy gives you support and clarity while you figure out your next steps.

Relationship challenges?

Conflict, communication breakdowns, feeling disconnected — whether it's with a partner, a family member, or yourself, therapy helps you identify what's not working and rebuild from a place of honesty and understanding.

Anxious or stressed?

When the worry won't shut off and everything feels like too much, it's hard to enjoy anything. Therapy helps you get to the root of what's driving the anxiety — and build real strategies to manage it, not just white-knuckle through it.

Struggling with self-esteem or purpose?

If you're questioning who you are, what you want, or whether you're enough — that's worth exploring. Therapy can help you reconnect with your values, build confidence, and stop living on someone else's terms.
