You see therapy as a collaborative effort and your client’s are in charge of creating their goals. It’s important to you to be part of a team, share your ideas, and to be seen as an expert in your field.

Full-time, W2 position = 25 clinical hours a week
Create your own schedule
$40-$50/clinical hour, rate dependent on license
$20/hour admin rate
Compensation for late cancel/no show clients
4% 401k match
We pay 50% of Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance premium
