Are You Awesome?

413 Theraworks is a group of helping professionals working to enhance the mental well-being of adults in our community. We are fun and dynamic clinicians who value working collaboratively and improving access to the best mental health treatment in Berkshire County and beyond.

It is important that providers at 413 Theraworks align with our mission and values. We believe in creating the best atmosphere for our clients and employees. Our mission is to help members of the Berkshires (and beyond) flourish in their own lives, relationships, and careers.

Our Guiding Values

Curiosity

Approach every client, challenge, and conversation with an open mind — always asking questions, seeking to understand, and never settling for surface-level answers.

Integrity

Do the right thing, even when no one is watching. We hold ourselves to the highest ethical standards in every interaction, decision, and relationship.

Accountability

Own your work, your growth, and your impact. We show up for our clients and each other with consistency, follow-through, and honesty.

What Sets Us Apart

We don't just hire you and hope for the best. Our training program is built to set you up for success from day one — whether you're a seasoned clinician or fresh out of grad school. You'll get structured onboarding, consistent access to leadership, and ongoing support that actually means something.

  • Build your own schedule — you choose your hours

  • Competitive pay with transparent clinical and admin rates

  • Compensation for late cancellations and no-shows

  • Health insurance — we cover 50% of Blue Cross Blue Shield premiums (full-time)

Authenticity

Bring your whole self to the work. We believe genuine connection — between therapist and client, and within our team — is the foundation of meaningful healing.

Our leadership team is hands-on, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping you grow. We don't operate in silos here — if you have a question, you'll get an answer. If you're stuck on a case, you'll have people in your corner. That's not a talking point. That's how we run.

Who Thrives Here

Not everyone is the right fit — and we're upfront about that. The people who do best at 413 Theraworks are self-starters who are passionate about clinical work but also understand that a great practice runs on more than good intentions. They track their outcomes, ask hard questions, build real relationships with their teammates, and take ownership of their professional development. If you're the kind of person who waits to be told what to do, this probably isn't your place. If you're the kind of person who shows up with ideas and energy — welcome.

MENTAL HEALTH CLINICIAN (LMHC/LICSW/LMFT) - Older teens/adults

In-Office: Late afternoons/Evenings and Weekends

Telehealth: Daytime

You get it — therapy is hard work, and you don't sugarcoat that for your clients. You meet people where they are, not where you think they should be. You see therapy as a partnership, and you trust your clients to lead the way on their goals.

But here's the thing — you bring that same energy to your workplace. You're a go-getter who's genuinely passionate about this field. You speak up when you need something. You reach out to colleagues not because you have to, but because you want to — you actually like building relationships with the people you work alongside. You understand that data matters and that it moves a practice forward. And you're the kind of person who hears feedback and leans in, not away. You're curious, coachable, and always looking to sharpen your craft.

If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

You're new to the field, but that doesn't mean you're waiting around to be told what to do. You're eager to learn, genuinely curious, and excited to build your clinical skills from the ground up. You welcome feedback — not because you have to, but because you know it makes you better. You're coachable without needing to be micromanaged. You take initiative, ask questions, and show up ready to do the work — both with your clients and alongside your team.

If that sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Full-Time Position

This is a W2 position with 25 clinical hours per week — and you build your own schedule. We believe in compensating our clinicians fairly and transparently, so here's what that looks like:

Pay & Compensation | Starting at $50 per clinical hour for licensed clinicians and $40 per clinical hour for pre-licensed clinicians, depending on experience — plus a $20/hour admin rate. And yes — you're compensated for late cancellations and no-shows, because your time matters whether or not a client shows up.

Benefits | We cover 50% of your Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance premium, match your 401(k) at 4%, and provide 3 weeks of PTO plus 5 paid holidays each year.

Growth & Community | You'll have access to in-house continuing education opportunities and in-house supervision — no need to hunt for outside CEUs or pay out of pocket. We also come together twice a year for team retreats, because we think the people you work with should also be people you actually enjoy spending time with.
