New Clients
We’re glad you’re here. Ready to take the next step and meet with a 413 Theraworks therapist?
Step 1: Read through the therapist bios on the “Providers” tab to determine who might be the best fit for you.
Step 2: Complete our “Contact us” form sharing all of the information we need to match you with a therapist and schedule your intake appointment.
*Note, our office is open by appointment only and appointments are only made via the Contact Us form, email, or by phone.
Step 3: 413 Theraworks is a paperless practice. once your intake appointment is scheduled, you will receive a link from our electronic health record to complete all required intake forms and practice policies to review and sign prior to your first appointment.
These forms allow our therapists to get to know how to best support you in your intake session and answer any questions you may have regarding out practice policies. We cannot complete an intake session without these forms being completed ahead of time.
Insurances accepted:
We are only in-network with the following commercial insurance plans: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health New England, Harvard Pilgrim, and Tufts (PPO/HMO plans.) We additionally accept private pay clients and out-of-network benefits. Scroll to the bottom of our “Contact Us” page and use our benefits checker to see if you have out-of-network benefits.
Intake session is $175
Subsequent sessions are $125-$175
Cancellation policy: Sessions booked with therapists are specifically for you at that stated date and time. When a client cancels a session, therapists fill that space with another client who is in need of services. When sessions are not cancelled outside of our 24 cancellation policy, other clients miss out on the ability to be seen.
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact your therapist or our office as soon as possible to cancel/reschedule. Anyone canceling an appointment with less than 24-hours notice will be subject to an $85 cancellation fee. Insurance does not cover late cancel/no show appointments and is the client’s responsibility to pay. This allows us to pay our therapist’s for the time they have alloted in their schedule for the appointment.
