You don’t feel like yourself—and maybe you’re not even sure who that is anymore.

On the outside, you might look like you have it together. But inside, it feels like you’re just moving through the motions. You may find yourself stuck in constant thoughts about your body, food, or self-worth, or noticing that past experiences still shape how you see yourself in ways that are hard to break.

I work with teens and adults—often women—who feel disconnected from themselves and are ready to change that. Clients who come to me are usually tired of the mental loop: overthinking, self-criticism, and never quite feeling “enough.” They’re not looking for another quick fix—they want something that actually lasts.

In our work together, we go beyond just talking about what’s happening. I pay close attention to how you relate to yourself in real time—especially the moments where self-criticism or disconnection show up. We don’t just talk about change, we practice it in session. I also integrate somatic approaches and EMDR to help you get out of your head and back into your body, so change doesn’t just make sense intellectually—it actually feels real.

My style is relational, honest, and grounded. I’ll meet you where you are without judgment, and I’ll bring humor in when it fits—but I’m also here to help you move forward, not stay stuck.

Over time, clients start to notice a shift: less time spent in spirals about their body or worth, more clarity about who they are and what they want, and a stronger sense of agency in their lives. Instead of feeling like you’re floating through, you start to feel more present, more connected, and more in control of your choices.

If you’ve been carrying this for a long time, you don’t have to keep doing it alone.
