Are you doing everything right and still feeling like you're barely keeping your head above water?
You're showing up. You're trying. And somehow it still feels like you're stuck in the same spot, running on fumes, or just... off. Not broken — just stuck. And maybe a little tired of pretending you're fine.
That's exactly where I come in.
I work with adults who are doing their best but still feel like something isn't clicking. Maybe life has piled up in ways you didn't expect. Maybe you've been carrying things longer than you should have to.
As a therapist, I take a holistic approach to therapy because you cannot heal just one part of your life without it affecting the rest. It is not about drastic or overwhelming changes. It is about small, meaningful shifts that help you start feeling better today.
If you have been feeling stuck in stress, self doubt, or patterns that are hard to break, we can work through that together.
Maybe you don't even have the words for it yet — just that restless, heavy feeling that something needs to change.
You don't have to have it figured out to start. Most people don't.
You deserve to feel more confident, grounded, and in control of your life.
My job is to sit with you in the hard stuff, help you make sense of what's going on beneath the surface, and support you in building a life that actually feels like yours — not just a life you're surviving.
Whether you need support processing your experiences, managing difficult emotions, or simply having a space where you can talk things through and feel understood, I provide a safe and supportive place to do that work.
If you're ready to stop treading water, let's talk.
