Alvand Hajizadeh, MA - Graduate Intern

Life can be really difficult. At times, we find ourselves facing relational, personal, or professional struggles, and sometimes, all at once. When you're overwhelmed and simply not feeling good, therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reflect, and begin to make sense of what’s going on. It can help you gain clarity, reconnect with your inner strengths, and find a path forward that feels lighter and more aligned with what you want out of life.

My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity, compassion, and encouragement. I believe that meaningful change begins with understanding, both of the external circumstances we face and the internal patterns we carry. In our work together, we’ll create space to explore your story, untangle the challenges you’re dealing with, and build new ways of relating to yourself and others. This work will help you approach life in a new way, a way that feels authentic and more in harmony with how you want to live.

Put simply, in life, we sometimes need help. Someone who listens, cares, and helps us “connect the dots” because it's not always easy to do on our own.

I’d love the opportunity to work with you, learn more about you, and help you navigate this chapter of your life.
