Candace the founder and owner of 413 Theraworks, a group psychotherapy practice serving adults in Massachusetts, Vermont, and New York. She specializes in helping professionals break free from burnout and perfectionism, drawing on 15 years of experience in forensic, hospital, and outpatient settings. Candace earned her master’s degree in forensic psychology from The Chicago School, where she trained extensively in crisis response, mental health assessment, and suicide prevention. She is also a trained divorce mediator in Massachusetts, bringing both professional expertise and lived experience to her work with individuals navigating complex life transitions. Over the course of her career, she has worked with justice-involved adults, high-risk individuals, and Department of Mental Health clients, as well as supported clinicians and interns in their own professional growth. A passionate advocate for therapist well-being, Candace is dedicated to creating work environments that sustain both the people who provide care and the people who receive it.
