Lindsey Keating, LMHC

It sometimes feels impossible to avoid pain. You’d prefer to escape situations that cause anxiety and fear.  But things continue to build up. Unhealthy, harmful habits will become more risky and detrimental to your life. Why wait until things get “worse” when we can work together toward your goals now and find the peace you deserve?

We are all here having human experiences and having someone who “gets it” can make a big impact.

You can learn how to cope with feelings of loneliness and isolation—feel confident in yourself, create happiness in your life, and believe you are deserving of it.

I’m not afraid to share my “humanness” with you. I’ve been on my own journey of healing and learning how to change my ways of coping with my mental health. What I’ve gone through in my life has helped me become passionate and empathetic, fueling my desire to work with people on their own path of healing.

Tell me how you envision your “best self,” and the areas you wish to improve, or change.

By doing this, we can create a plan together to reach your goals, and develop skills to maintain a sense of satisfaction in daily life. And, most importantly, maintain a feeling of happiness and self-worth.

What would it look like if we decreased the energy you’re spending struggling with difficult emotions, stress, and worrying alone? My goal is to provide space for you to release whatever has been building up, discuss ways to improve your quality of life, and develop skills to manage the stress of your day to day.

Let’s explore your layers. You are strong, capable, and resilient. I’ll help you recognize that.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and use clinical techniques from CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing.
