Ready to do the work? Not just to feel better, but to live more meaningfully?
It feels like your problems are dominating your life and defining who you are. You’re a deep thinker, navigating a sense of disconnection, burnout, or existential stuckness. You want to move beyond being unconscious and unaware, and instead choose what you pay attention to and how you construct meaning from your experiences. You’re caught in the mire of feeling purposeless in your everyday life.
You’re seeking a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, and may be experiencing a sense of meaninglessness or a desire to find your true calling.
You may not be in crisis, but you’re searching for more—more clarity, more purpose, more authenticity.
I’m not a counselor who will offer you a quick fix or give you all the answers or tell you what to do, but I can provide you with your own opportunities to discover the root causes and solutions to your challenges.
Take control of your life by re-authoring your story and developing a more positive and hopeful vision of the future. Holistic healing provides the support that offers freedom from “symptoms” and “diagnoses,” such as depression and anxiety.
I’m especially drawn to people who are curious, introspective, and open to change—even when it feels uncomfortable.
Why continue drawing in a sea of cultural, societal, and generational bullshit…going through your comfortable, prosperous, respectable adult life dead, unconscious, a slave to your head and to your natural default setting of being uniquely, completely, imperially alone day in and day out?
I connect especially well with clients who identify with the “geek” or “nerd” culture, including gamers, pop culture enthusiasts, and fans of sci-fi and fantasy. I often use stories, metaphors, and fictional examples of many of the meaning-making and narrative-based concepts I offer in a session. I’m also a big believer in the power of nature—whenever it makes sense, I encourage clients to step outside, both literally and emotionally, to explore new perspectives and reconnect with themselves.
My approach blends deep empathy with radical honesty. I bring my full self into the room, including my own lived experiences of trauma, healing, misdiagnosis, and growth. I know what it’s like to feel misunderstood, disconnected, or stuck in survival mode.
Therapy with me is active, compassionate, and collaborative. Together, we’ll explore what’s getting in the way and build something new—something more aligned with who you truly are and how you want to live.
